摘　　要：证明了广义特征值反问题AX =BXΛ的中心对称解恒存在 ,给出了其解的一般表达式 。The general inverse eigenvalue problem AX=BXΛ with centrosymmetric solution is verified, and the general form of such solutions is given. In addition, for the solution set of corresponding problem, the expression of the optimal approximation solution to a given matrix is derived, and a numerical algorithm as well as a numerical example for solving optimal approximation solution are included.
