摘　　要：习近平总书记在全国教育大会上强调,我们要建成的教育强国是中国特色社会主义教育强国,应当具有强大的思想引领力、人才竞争力、科技支撑力、民生保障力、社会协同力、国际影响力。在教育强国建设中,人才是职业教育支撑教育强国建设的基础力量。培养大国工匠、能工巧匠、高技能人才,是职业教育的人才培养目标和重要着力点;立德树人、德技并修是职业教育人才培养的根本要求;构建职普融通、产教融合的职业教育体系,是职业教育服务支撑教育强国建设的核心任务和重要路径。本刊聚焦建设高质量职业教育体系,增强教育强国人才竞争力,邀请专家学者从不同侧面阐述见解和建议,以期为职业教育领域学习贯彻落实全国教育大会精神提供参考。General Secretary Xi Jinping emphasized at the National Education Conference that the ed⁃ucation power we aim to build is a socialist education power with Chinese characteristics,which should pos⁃sess strong capabilities in ideological guidance,talent competitiveness,scientific and technological support,people’s livelihood security,social coordination,and international influence.In the construction of an edu⁃cation power,talent is the fundamental force supported by vocational education.Cultivating craftsmen of the nation,skilled artisans,and high-skilled talents is the talents cultivation goal and key focus of vocational education;fostering virtue through education and morality and skills are cultivated together are the funda⁃mental requirement for talents cultivation in vocational education;constructing a vocational education sys⁃tem that integrates vocational and general education and merges industry with education is the core task and important path for vocational education to serve and support the construction of an education power.This journal focuses on building a high-quality vocational education system and enhancing the talent com⁃petitiveness of an education power.We have invited experts and scholars to elaborate on their insights and suggestions from different perspectives,with the aim of providing reference for the vocational education field in learning and implementing the spirit of the National Education Conference.
