从高考的核心功能看高考作文命题

摘　　要：高考作文命题,要落实立德树人的根本任务,要实现服务选才的基本功能,要服务引导教学的现实需求。在实现路径上,高考作文命题需立足高考的特定场合限制,处理好价值立意方面“显”与“隐”的关系;遵循科学性、高质量和公平性的原则,辩证处理开放和限制的问题;同时积极对接课标、教材与教学,实现教、学、评一体化。为此,新时代高考作文命题体现出凸显时代主题、注重情境创设和强化思维能力考查等趋势。The composition proposition of national college entrance examination(NCEE)should implement the fundamental task of fostering virtue through education,realize the basic function of serving talent selection and serve the practical need of teaching guiding.In order to realize these goals,we need to contemplate the special restriction brought by NCEE and handle the relationship between explicit and implicit values,follow the principles of scientificity,high quality and fairness,and dialectically deal with the issue of openness and restriction,and actively connect curriculum standards,textbook and teaching,and realize the integration of teaching,learning and evaluation.Therefore,the proposition in the new era shows the trends of highlighting the theme of times,paying attention to situation creation and strengthening the examination of thinking ability.
