医工融合背景下“食品营养学”课程思政教学设计与实施——以“脂类”单元为例

摘  要:基于医学院校办学定位与食品质量与安全人才培养目标的有机融合,“食品营养学”课程实现“知识-能力-思政”3个维度的教学目标。以“脂类”单元的教学为例,有效实施“食品营养学”课程思政教学。采用“课前导学-课堂教学-课后拓学”3个环节的教学设计,挖掘思政元素,结合“课堂辩论赛”“前沿进展解读”等教学活动,借助网络课程、雨课堂、问卷星等教学平台,将“爱国奉献精神”“创新实践精神”“职业道德精神”等思政教育核心要素融入专业理论教学,进行多维度教学评价,形成专业知识、综合能力、思政教育融合一体的课程思政教学体系。教学效果显示,“食品营养学”课程思政不仅增强学生护佑大众健康的家国情怀、营养科普宣传的社会责任感、小组合作学习的团队协作精神等,而且大幅提升学生的创新创业实践能力,为高校营养健康类课程思政教育教学改革提供较好借鉴。By combining the positioning of the Medical Colleges with the training objectives of Food Quality and Safety major,the course of Food Nutrition achieved the teaching objectives in three dimensions of“knowledge-competence-ideology and politics”.Taking the teaching of“Lipids”unit as an example,introduce the implementation on ideological and political education of Food Nutrition.Adopting the teaching design of“pre-course guided learning-classroom teaching-post-course extended learning”,explore the ideological and political elements,combined with teaching activities such as“classroom debate”and“interpretation of cutting-edge advances”.With the help of online courses,Rain Classes,Questionnaires Star and other teaching platforms,the core elements of ideological and political education,such as“Patriotic Dedication Spirit”,“Innovation and Practice Spirit”and“Professional Ethics Spirit”were integrated into the teaching of nutritional theories,and multi-dimensional teaching evaluation was carried out.Thus,a teaching system of course ideology that integrated professional knowledge,comprehensive ability and ideological education was formed.The teaching effects showed that the ideological and political course of Food Nutrition not only enhanced students’patriotic sentiment to protect public health,the social responsibility to promote popularization of nutritional science,and the teamwork spirit of group cooperative learning,but also greatly improved their innovation and entrepreneurship practice ability,which provided a better reference for the teaching reform of ideological and political education in nutrition and health courses in colleges and universities.
