摘　　要：为贯彻二十大精神,建设学习型社会成为助力教育强国建设的重要举措。在国家发展规划中,学习型社会与终身教育、全民学习、国民素质等核心概念关联。学习型社会的建设与建成依赖终身教育价值功能的发挥,“学习社会”与“学习体系”虽深度融合,但并非当然的同一问题、同一目标,对学习型社会的理解与描述是开展现代化建设的基本前提。学习型社会是立足本土实际且面向未来的革新探索,中国式现代化的方案与视野下诠释学习型社会的时代面向与价值内涵,理性分析实践基础与复杂性,促成国家、社会及个体的共建与共治,在发展理念、体系建构、公民意识与社会文化层面形成完整的系统性支持,使之成为教育、科技、人才建设一体化统筹发展的重要场域。学习型社会的积极探索将直面人类面临的教育与社会问题,作为人类命运共同体为世界现代化提供中国方案、贡献中国智慧。To implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress and build a learning society,it has become an important measure to support the construction of an education powered country.In the national development plan,a learning society is associated with core concepts such as lifelong education,universal learning and national quality.The establishment of a learning society relies on the realization of the value function of lifelong education.However,although the learning society and learning system are deeply integrated,they are not the same question.Understanding and describing the learning society is the basic prerequisite for carrying out modernization construction.The learning society is an innovative exploration based on local reality and facing the future.Under the plan and vision of Chinese path to modernization,it interprets the era orientation and value connotation of a learning society,rationally analyzes the basis and complexity of practice,promotes the co-construction and co-governance of the state,society,organizations and individuals,and forms complete and systematic support at the level of system construction,civic awareness and social culture,making it an important field for the integrated and coordinated development of education,science,technology and talents.The active exploration of a learning society will face the common education and social problems of humanity,and provide Chinese solutions and contribute Chinese wisdom as a community with a shared future for mankind.
