摘 要:高职院校思政课教师的职业精神对教学质量的提高至关重要,也是学生成长的核心动力。但新建高职院校思政课教师在职业精神培养中面临着师资培育体系不健全、教学资源短缺以及外界环境的影响等多重困境。针对这些难题,高职院校应完善教师职业精神培训体系,构建教学与社会实践相结合的机制,建立有效的激励与评估制度,增强教师团队协作能力与归属感,促进思政课程教师职业道德精神的培养,推动高职教育质量的全面提升。The professional spirit of ideological and political course teachers in vocational colleges is crucial for improving teaching quality and is also the core driving force for students'growth.However,teachers of ideological and political courses in newly established vocational colleges face multiple challenges in cultivating their professional spirit,such as an incomplete teacher training system,a shortage of teaching resources,and external environmental influences.In response to these challenges,vocational colleges should improve the training system for teachers'professional ethics,establish a mechanism that combines teaching with social practice,establish effective incentive and evaluation systems,enhance teachers'teamwork ability and sense of belonging,promote the cultivation ofideological and political course teachers'professional ethics,and promote the comprehensive improvement of vocational education quality.
