摘  要:文章阐述高职院校劳动教育课的育人价值,强调其在助力职业教育发展、培育高素质技能型人才,完善课程内容体系、实现内涵式发展,树立正确劳动观念、实现素养提升方面的重要作用;分析高职院校劳动教育课的育人原则,包括把握方向性原则、坚持系统性原则、贯彻实事求是原则、落实针对性原则和注重实践性原则;探讨高职院校劳动教育课的育人路径,旨在提升高职院校劳动教育的质量,培养学生的劳动精神、实践能力和职业素养。This article elaborates on the educational value of labor education courses in vocational colleges,emphasizing their important role in assisting the development of vocational education,cultivating high-quality skilled talents,improving the curriculum content system,realizing connotation development,establishing correct labor concepts,and achieving quality improvement;analyze the educational principles of labor education courses in vocational colleges,including grasping directional principles,adhering to systematic principles,implementing the principle of seeking truth from facts,implementing targeted principles,and emphasizing practical principles;exploring the educational path of labor education courses in higher vocational colleges aims to improve the quality of labor education in vocational colleges,cultivate students'labor spirit,practical ability,and professional ethics.
