摘 要:教育公平是教育强国的重要基石,是我国教育发展长期坚持的价值追求。补救教学是公平的理念与时代精神在教育领域的回应,是专门为低成就学生量身打造的补偿性教学。补救教学旨在提升义务教育质量,是实现教育正义的重要保障,也是改善国家教育民生的内在需要。当前,我国正在推进教育强国建设,推进基础教育的高质量发展,迫切需要完善公共基础教育服务体系,构建面向弱势学生的补救教学制度,促进义务教育的优质均衡发展。With the constant development of society and the increasing popularization of education,education equity has become a common goal pursued by the global education community.Against the backdrop of the new era,China's education equity philosophy also calls for new exploration and pursuit.Remedial education is a response to the equity philosophy and the spirit of the times in the field of education.It is specially designed compensatory teaching for low-achieving students.Remedial education aims to improve the quality of compulsory education,is a important guarantee to achieve educational equity and justice,and also an internal need to improve the national education and people's livelihood.Against the backdrop of deepening comprehensive education reform,it is necessary to pay attention to improving China's public basic education service system,to construct a remedial education system targeting middle and primary school students who are academically disadvantaged,to promote the high-quality and balanced development of compulsory education,and to comprehensively improve the quality of basic education.
