摘  要:大力弘扬教育家精神是新时代教师队伍建设的精神引领,为职业教育教师的发展提供了全方位的指导。以教育家精神涵养职业教育教师个人魅力有助于提升其使命担当和道德情操,培养其育人智慧和教学态度,增强其爱生情怀和职业精神。因此,以教育家精神涵养职业教育教师个人魅力应以理想信念与道德情操激发责任担当,塑造崇高品德,涵养情感魅力;以育人智慧与躬耕态度提升教学智慧,推进教学创新,涵养教学魅力;以仁爱之心与弘道追求彰显师德风范,树立高尚情怀,涵养人格魅力,从而为职业教育高质量发展提供强大的精神动力。Carring forward the educator's spirit as the guiding principle for the construction of teachers group in the new era,providing comprehensive guidance for the development of vocational education teachers.Cultivating the personal charisma of vocational education teachers with educator's spirit can help improve their sense of mission and moral standards,cultivate their educational wisdom and teaching attitude,and enhance their love for students and professionalism.To achieve this,it requires inspiring a sense of ideal belief and moral sentiment,shaping noble character,and cultivating emotional charisma.Additionally,enhancing teaching wisdom with the wisdom of educating people and a nurturing attitude,promoting teaching innovation,and fostering teaching charisma.Furthermore,to exhibit the teacher's moral demeanor through a loving heart and expanding the teachings,and thereby cultivate overall charisma,provides a powerful driving force for the high-quality development of vocational education.
