摘  要:在“三教”改革背景下,职业教材被赋予独特职业性,与教师、教法占据同等重要的位置。开发“岗、课、赛、证”融通下高职食品类专业新形态教材,符合“三教”改革要求。新形态教材的开发,能够满足学生个性化学习及成长需求,具有更强的适用性、科学性、先进性,符合当前高素质技术技能人才培养的需求,对于推动职业教育高质量发展、提升职业教育形象具有显著作用。文章通过分析当前高职食品类专业教材存在的问题,结合岗位需求、课程体系、技能竞赛和职业技能等级证书要求,提出新形态教材的开发原则和策略,以具体案例展示新形态教材的开发过程和应用效果,为高职食品类专业教材建设提供有益参考。Under the background of "three education" reform,vocational teaching materials are endowed with unique professionalism,and occupy the same important position as teachers and teaching methods.The development of "post,course,competition,certificate" under the integration of food professional new form of teaching materials,in line with the "three education" reform requirements.The development of new form of teaching materials can meet the needs of students' personalized learning and growth,with stronger applicability,scientific and advanced nature,in line with the current needs of high-quality technical and skill personnel training,and plays a significant role in promoting the high-quality development of vocational education and improving the image of vocational education.Based on the analysis of the current problems in the teaching materials for food majors in higher vocational colleges,the paper puts forward the principles and strategies for the development of new form teaching materials in combination with the requirements of post needs,curriculum system,skill competitions and vocational skill level certificates,and demonstrates the development process and application effects of new form teaching materials with specific cases,providing useful references for the construction of teaching materials for food majors in higher vocational colleges.
