摘 要:作为新时代生产力的新质态,新质生产力有利于促进个体自由全面发展,驱动教育普遍性变革。当前,全球数字化转型如火如荼,教育领域的数字化转型也正在发生着,新一轮科技革命和产业变革催生了新质生产力,智能时代推进新质生产力发展已经离不开教育数字化。教育数字化是新质生产力发展的重要内容,也是推动新质生产力发展的有效手段,需要得到教育数字化的时代回应,并以培养新质人才为着力点。教育数字化通过促进新兴技术更迭,推进尖端人才培养,营造数字化环境,催生数字教育产业集群,能够为新质生产力发展提供技术、人才、环境和产业支撑。因此,要推进数字技术创新发展,夯实新质生产力发展的基础;提高数字教育服务水平,适应新质生产力发展需求;增强数字教育育人功效,积蓄新质生产力发展力量;打造数字教育协同业态,寻求新质生产力发展突破;加强数字教育顶层设计,为新质生产力发展提供保障,从而更好地发挥教育数字化的效能以推动新质生产力的发展。As a new qualitative state of productivity in the new era,new quality productive forces are conducive to promoting the free and all-round development of individuals and driving the universal reform of education.At present,the global digital transformation is in full swing,in which the digital transformation in education is taking place.A new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial transformation has generated new quality productive forces,and its development in the intelligent era cannot take place without the digitalization of education.Educational digitalization is an important part of the development of new quality productive forces,as an effective means to promote the development of it.It needs the response of the times of educational digitalization and focuses on cultivating new-quality talents.The digitalization of education can provide technical,talent,environmental and industrial support for the development of new quality productive forces by promoting the transformation of emerging technologies,promoting the cultivation of cutting-edge talents,creating a digital environment and digital education industrial clusters.Therefore,it is necessary to promote the innovation and development of digital technology,lay a solid foundation for the development of new quality productive forces,upgrade the service of digital education,adapt to the development needs of new quality productive forces,enhance the educational effect of digital education,accumulate the development strength of new quality productive forces,create a collaborative format of digital education,seek breakthroughs in the development of new quality productive forces,strengthen the top-level design of digital education,so as to provide guarantees for the development of new quality productive forces and give full play to the digitalization of education for promoting the development of new quality productive forces.
