课程思政视域下“食品酶学”教学改革的探索实践

摘　　要：全面推进高校课程思政是国家进一步落实高校立德树人根本任务的重要战略举措,教育部印发的《高等学校课程思政建设指导纲要》也更加明确了高校课程思政建设在高校教学改革以及人才培养中发挥的重要作用和意义。“食品酶学”是食品科学与工程专业的专业基础课,在专业人才培养体系中具有重要地位。将思政教育融入“食品酶学”课程教学,有助于培养德才兼备的高素质食品专业人才。文章结合专业及课程特色,深挖思政元素,从教学目标设计、内容设计、方法设计、评价体系等方面探索了“食品酶学”课程思政体系建设。学校通过讲故事、谈生活、说案例等方法入手,促进课程思政教育有机融入教学全过程,为高校同类专业课程的思政教学改革提供借鉴和参考。Comprehensive promotion of ideological and political education is an important strategic measure for the country to further implement the fundamental task of fostering virtue through education in universities.“Guidelines for the Development of Ideological Education in Higher Education Institutions”issued by the Ministry of Education clarified the important role and significance of curriculum ideological and political construction in the teaching reform and talent training.“Food Enzymology”is a professional basic course for food science and engineering,which has an important position in the system of talents training.Integrating ideological and political education into the teaching of“Food Enzymology”is helpful to cultivate high-quality food professionals with ability and integrity.This paper,in combination with the characteristics of the major and the course,deeply explored ideological and political elements,and explored the construction of the ideological and political education system of the“Food Enzymology”from the aspects of teaching objective design,content design,method design,and evaluation system.The practice starts from story-telling,discussion of life,case study and so on,which promotes the organic integration of ideological and political education into the whole teaching process,and provides reference for the ideological and political teaching reform of similar professional courses in universities.
