摘  要:食品质量与安全专业仪器分析实训教学存在教学内容落后,传统的以教师为中心的教学法不利于调动学生学习的积极性和主动性等问题。基于产学研融合的教学改革思路,将企业、行业、科研的需求与教学充分融会贯通,重整仪器分析课程内容,从实际案例出发,利用贯穿式案例完成整门课程内容教学,通过不断评价和改进学生的知识、能力和素质达成情况,优化学习成果和教学效果,从而实现产学研融合的教育教学目标,提高教育教学水平。There are some problems in the practical teaching of instrument analysis of food quality and safety specialty,such as backward teaching content,and the traditional teacher-centered teaching method which is not conducive to arousing students'enthusiasm and initiative in learning.Based on the teaching reform idea of integrating production,learning and research,fully integrate the needs of enterprises,industries and scientific research with teaching,and reorganize the instrument to analyze the course content.Starting from actual cases,use through-through cases to complete the entire course content teaching,and to optimize the learning results and teaching effects by constantly evaluating and improving students'knowledge,ability and quality,so as to achieve the education and teaching goal of the integration of production,study and research,and to improve the level of education and teaching.
