摘  要:食品分析是一门具有较强理论性和实践性的学科,是食品专业一门重要的专业核心课程。随着社会对食品安全问题愈加重视,课程的重要性不断凸显。扬州大学从课程教学目标、课程思政融合、多模式开放教学手段融合、教学内容更新与科研融合4个方面进行探索,并提出进一步改革创新措施,以期提高课程教学质量,为食品行业培养具有坚定理想信念的高素质专业型人才打下坚实基础,也为推进食品科学类课程的发展提供一定参考价值。Food analysis is a subject with strong theory and practice,and it is an important professional core course of food major.As society pays more attention to food safety issues,the importance of the course has also been highlighted.This paper explores four aspects of curriculum teaching objectives,curriculum ideological and political integration,multi-mode open teaching means integration,teaching content update and scientific research integration,and proposes further reform and innovation measures,in order to improve the quality of curriculum teaching and to lay a solid foundation for the food industry to cultivate high-quality professional talents with firm ideals and beliefs.It also provides some reference value for promoting the development of food science courses.
