摘  要:目的本研究旨在探究并分析临床教师对课程思政的认知程度及实施能力,评估现行课程思政的状况,提出优化方法。方法选取2023年6月5—9日同济大学附属同济医院在岗的117名从事临床教学带教的临床教师为研究对象。采用问卷调查的方式,调查包括临床教师的基本信息、对课程思政了解程度、课程思政建设存在的问题、开展课程思政育人的策略建议。结果在117名临床教师中,其中有67.52%(79/117)的临床教师对课程思政的内涵有所了解。当前专业课程中思政建设存在的问题主要包括:思政元素挖掘及融入专业课程的策略、课程思政教学效果的评价、教学方法的单调乏味、教学设计的生搬硬套以及教学内容与实际脱节导致学生兴趣缺失。在课程思政育人路径的策略上,80.85%(94/117)的临床教师认为应挖掘思政元素、提升课程思政教学内容;72.34%(84/117)的临床教师主张提高临床教师的思政教育意识素养;53.19%(62/117)的临床教师提倡运用多元化方法、创新课程思政教学;49.34%(58/117)的临床教师主张将思政教育成果纳入评价体系。针对临床教师基本信息分析发现,年龄、职称和学历三个因素与课程思政是否开展有关联,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在承担教学任务的高校附属医院中,高学历、高学术背景的中青年临床教师是推动课程思政的主力军。目前临床教师对课程思政有一定认知,应通过提升自身思政觉悟、深入挖掘课程思政元素、提升课程思政教育意识素养,以提升教学质量。Objective To explore and analyze the comprehension of clinical part-time teachers regarding curriculum ideology and politics,as well as their capability to implement such teachings.It further aims to assess the current status of clinical part-time teachers in executing curriculum ideology and politics and propose corresponding strategies and approaches to address the identified challenges.Methods A total of 117 clinical teachers engaged in clinical teaching and teaching in Affiliated Tongji Hospital of Tongji University from June 5 to 9,2023 were selected as the research objects.The questionnaire survey included the basic information of clinical teachers,the degree of understanding of curriculum ideology and politics,the problems existing in the construction of curriculum ideology and politics,and the strategy suggestions for carrying out curriculum ideology and politics education.Results Among the 117 clinical teachers,67.52%(79/117)of them had some understanding of the connotation of curriculum ideology and politics.At present,the problems in ideological and political construction of professional courses mainly included:the mining of ideological and political elements and the strategy of integrating them into professional courses,the evaluation of the teaching effect of ideological and political teaching,the boring teaching method,the rote teaching design and the disconnection of teaching content from the reality,which led to the loss of students'interest.In terms of the strategy of curriculum ideological and political education path,80.85%(94/117)clinical teachers thought that ideological and political elements should be explored and the content of curriculum ideological and political teaching should be improved.72.34%(84/117)of clinical teachers advocated improving the ideological and political education awareness of clinical teachers;53.19%(62/117)of clinical teachers advocated the use of diversified methods and innovative curriculum ideological and political teaching.49.34%(58/117)of clinical teachers advoc
