PBL教学法在超声科临床带教中的应用效果

摘  要:目的分析超声科临床带教中应用以问题为基础的教学法(problem-basedlearning,PBL)的作用。方法选取2023年1―12月在重庆市人民医院超声科实习的60名实习生,依据入科时间将其划分为2组。将2023年1―6月入科的实习生分为对照组(n=30),实施传统的临床带教教学模式;将2023年7―12月入科的实习生分为观察组(n=30),实施PBL教学法。比较2组的出科成绩(理论成绩、实践成绩和阅片成绩)、课程体验[课程体验问卷(course experience questionnaire,CEQ)评分]、临床工作能力、综合能力、教学质量和教学满意度。结果观察组的理论成绩、实践成绩、阅片成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的CEQ各项评分均较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的各项临床工作能力评分、各项综合能力评分和各项教学质量评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的教学满意度为96.67%,高于对照组的73.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在超声科带教中应用PBL教学法可以提升实习生的出科成绩,改善其课程体验感,提高实习生的临床工作能力与综合能力,从而使教学质量与教学满意度得到提高。Objective To analyze the problem-based learning(PBL)in the clinical teaching of ultrasound department.Methods A total of 60 interns in the department of ultrasound of Chongqing General Hospital from January to December 2023 were selected and divided into two groups according to the entry time.The interns admitted from January to June 2023 were selected as the control group(n=30),and traditional clinical teaching model was implemented.The interns admitted from July to December 2023 were selected as the observation group(n=30)to implement PBL teaching method.The subject performance(theoretical scores,practical scores,film reading scores),course experience[course experience questionnaire(CEQ)score],intern clinical working ability,intern comprehensive ability,teaching quality and teaching satisfaction were compared between two groups.Results The scores of theoretical performance,practical performance,film reading performance of observation group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The CEQ scores of the observation group was higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of clinical working ability,comprehensive ability and teaching quality of interns in the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The teaching satisfaction of the observation group was 96.67%,higher than that of the control group(73.33%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of PBL teaching method in the teaching of ultrasound department can improve the performance scores of interns,improve their sense of course experience,improve their clinical work ability and comprehensive ability,so as to improve the teaching quality and teaching satisfaction.
