摘  要:2016年,习近平总书记在全国高校思想政治工作会议上的讲话明确指出,高校思想政治工作“要坚持把立德树人作为中心环节,把思想政治工作贯穿教育教学全过程,实现全程育人、全方位育人”。为更好发挥高校辅导员和思政课教师协同育人作用,必须从逻辑层面厘清两支队伍协同育人的必然性和可能性,与此同时探究掣肘两支队伍协同育人的障碍性因素,在此基础上搭建协同育人的平台和体制机制,确保真正实现两支队伍的优势互补,将协同育人落到实处。In 2016,General Secretary Xi Jinping's speech at the National Conference on Ideological and Political Work in colleges and universities clearly pointed out that the ideological and political work in colleges and universities"should adhere to the establishment of morality and nurture people as the central link,and the ideological and political work should be carried out through the whole process of education and teaching,so as to realize the whole process of educating people and all-around educating people".In order to better leverage the collaborative role of college counselors and ideological and political course teachers in educating students,it is necessary to clarify the inevitability and possibility of collaborative education between the two teams from a logical perspective.At the same time,it is necessary to explore the obstacles that hinder collaborative education between the two teams.Based on this,a platform and institutional mechanism for collaborative education should be established to ensure that the advantages of the two teams complement each other and to implement collaborative education in practice.
