摘  要:深入实施数智化战略行动,构建“食品分析”课程思政新业态,是现阶段食品专业人才培养的新任务。通过阐述“食品分析”课程思政建设的必要性,分析当前课程思政教学中的“痛点”问题,探讨数智化技术赋能课程思政建设的实施策略,进一步总结出树立数智化课程思政教学理念、优化思政元素融入方式、构筑“一理念-二课堂-三重构”智能化教学模式、完善多元化考核机制及立体化协同育人机制5条路径,助力专业知识传授与价值引领的有效结合,以期为“食品分析”及其他相关课程的思政建设提供思路。Buliding a new ideological and political form for the"Food Analysis"course through the in-depth implementation of digital intelligence strategic action,is a new task for cultivating food professionals in the current stage.In this article,the necessity of ideological and political construction of "Food Analysis"course is expounded,the"pain points"in the current status are analyzed,and the implementation strategies for ideological and political construction of courses empowered by digital intelligence technology are also discussed.The following five paths are summarized,including establishing the ideological and political teaching concept of digital intelligent courses,optimizing the integration of ideological and political elements,building an intelligent teaching model of"One Concept-Two Classrooms-Three Reconstructions",improving the diversified assessment mechanism and three-dimensional collaborative education mechanisms,and aiming to help the effective combination of professional knowledge transfer and value leadership,which can provide new ideas for the ideological and political construction of the"Food Analysis"and other related courses.
