摘 要:目的临床中以单一学科为主的病例讨论模式已无法满足住院医师学习需求。温州医科大学附属第一医院内科专业基地采取住院医师主导的多学科病例讨论(multi-disciplinary treatment,MDT)教学模式,以加强住院医师理论和实践的紧密结合,巩固其临床思维和判断能力,培育其自我学习能力,且促进其沟通技巧和人际交往能力。方法建立基于多学科综合治疗的住院医师MDT讨论标准化流程,并通过问卷星进行调查。结果内科专业基地的多学科讨论可显著提升住院医师专业知识、临床思维能力和团队合作能力等。结论住院医师为主导的MDT讨论改善了教学质量,提高了住院医师跨专业协作解决临床问题能力,为培养具备岗位胜任力的住院医师起到了积极作用。Objective In clinical,resident physicians frequently encounter limitations with traditional case discussions that focus solely on one discipline,failing to meet their learning requirements.To overcome this,the Department of Internal Medicine at the First Affiliated Hospital of Wenzhou Medical University adopted a multidisciplinary treatment(MDT)approach led by resident physicians.This model was designed to enhance the integration of theory and practice,strengthen clinical reasoning and judgment,foster self-learning skills,and improve communication and interpersonal abilities among residents.Methods A standardized process for multidisciplinary case discussions,based on an integrated approach to treatment,was established for resident physicians.Additionally,a survey was conducted using Questionnaire Star among those residents who participated in these discussions.Results The multidisciplinary discussions within the Department of Internal Medicine could particularly enhance resident physicians'professional knowledge,clinical reasoning and teamwork capabilities.Conclusion The multidisciplinary case discussions led by resident physicians can significantly improve the collaborative cultivation and enhancement of teaching quality.These discussions can also boost the residents'ability to collaboratively address clinical problems across different specialties,positively impacting their training and preparing them effectively for their roles.
