数学教学中心理健康教育的融入与实践探析

摘  要:青少年学生或多或少会出现一些心理问题,此时需要数学教师在开展教学活动时重视融入心理健康教育,让学生形成积极、乐观、向上的学习和生活态度。教师在数学教学中应不断优化教学模式,通过打造生活化教学情境、给予学生成果展示平台、恰当设计游戏活动及重视课堂评价等方式,活跃课堂氛围,提高教学有效性,促进学生的心理健康,实现立德树人根本目标。Teenage students may experience some psychological problems to varying degrees.At this time,mathematics teachers need to attach importance to integrating mental health education into their teaching activities,so that students can form a positive,optimistic,and upward attitude towards learning and life.Teachers should continuously optimize the teaching mode in mathematics teaching,by creating a life oriented teaching environment,providing students with a platform to showcase their achievements,appropriately designing game activities,and attaching importance to classroom evaluation,etc.,to enliven the classroom atmosphere,improve teaching effectiveness,promote students'mental health,and achieve the fundamental goal of cultivating students'moral character.
