应用型本科高校劳动教育与资助育人工作融合路径探赜

摘　　要：新时代背景下,应用型本科高校劳动教育与资助育人工作融合具有重要意义,一方面能够有效加强劳动教育,促进学生全面发展;另一方面能够不断完善资助育人工作体系,充分发挥资助教育功能,建立育人长效机制,促进学生成长成才。新时代应用型本科高校劳动教育与资助育人工作融合,要做好三个方面:更新劳动教育理念,强化价值引领;完善劳动教育体系建构,优化制度保障;拓宽劳动教育平台,创新实践途径。In the context of the new era,the integration of labor education and subsidized education in applied undergraduate universities is of great significance.On the one hand,it can effectively strengthen labor education and promote the comprehensive development of students;on the other hand,we can continuously improve the system of supporting and educating students,fully utilize the function of supporting education,establish a long-term mechanism for educating students,and promote their growth and success.The integration of labor education and subsidized education in applied undergraduate universities in the new era requires three aspects:updating labor education concepts and strengthening value guidance;improve the construction of the labor education system and optimize institutional guarantees;expand labor education platforms and innovate practical approaches.
