摘  要:在教育强国战略背景下,构建职业教育“人字梯型”教学模式,既是培养高素质技术技能型人才的现实需求,亦是推进职业教育教学评价改革的必然选择,更是完善全民终身学习体系的关键底座。文章基于教育强国建设背景,从“教师——学生”为出发点、以“专业——通识”为连接线、以“学校——企业”为延展面三方面着手,构建职业教育“人字梯型”教学模式,创新性提出“人字梯型”教学模式的实施路径:强化职业教育内外部教学主体的联动性、增强职业教育上下游教学环节的衔接性、深化职业教育横纵向教学内容的协同性。In the context of an educational powerhouse,constructing a"ladder like"teaching model for vocational education is a practical demand for cultivating high—quality technical and skilled talents,an inevitable choice to promote the reform of vocational education teaching evaluation,and a key foundation for improving the lifelong learning system for all.Based on the background of building an educational powerhouse,starting from"teachers students"as the starting point,"majors general education"as the connecting line,and"schools enterprises"as the extension surface,we will construct a"ladder shaped"teaching model for vocational education.Finally,an innovative implementation path for the"zigzag ladder"teaching model is proposed:strengthening the linkage between internal and external teaching subjects in vocational education,enhancing the connection between upstream and downstream teaching links in vocational education,and deepening the synergy of horizontal and vertical teaching content in vocational education.
