摘 要:随着教育制度改革的不断推进,小学教育专业本科生教学实践能力提升成为社会各界广泛关注的重点话题。以民办高校小学教育专业本科生为研究对象,从教学知识能力、教材把握能力、课堂授课能力3个维度研究民办高校小学教育专业本科生教学实践能力的影响因素,得出高校小学教育专业本科生沟通创新能力、公平公正的考核机制与科学合理的小学教育专业课程设置对学生教学实践能力具有正向影响作用等结论。With the continuous advancement of the reform of the education system,the improvement of the teaching practice ability of the undergraduate students of primary education has become a key topic of wide concern in the society.Through taking the undergraduates majoring in primary education in private colleges and universities as the research object,the study analyzes the influencing factors of the undergraduates’teaching practice ability from teaching knowledge ability,textbook grasp ability and classroom teaching ability.It is concluded that the communication and innovation ability,the fair and just assessment mechanism and the scientific and reasonable curriculum of the primary education major have positive effect on the students’teaching practice ability.
