摘 要:为探讨教育家精神引领下提升高校师范生师德的路径与效果,以小学教育专业学生为例进行深入分析。研究结果表明,2020年开始,研究者着重从教育情怀、师德师风、价值引领等方面研究高校师范生师德素养培育路径,但当前相关研究较少。教育家精神引领下高校小学教育专业师范生的职业道德素养与教学实践能力处于中等偏上水平,其中职业素养在性别与年级上不存在显著性差异,但教学实践能力中的教学技术能力在性别与年级上存在显著性差异。高校应通过开设专门的教育家精神研讨课程等引导师范生实现教育家精神内化于体,通过打造校园教育家精神文化长廊、开展相关演讲或比赛等开展教育见习活动,强化实习活动的教育效果。In order to explore the path and effect of improving teachers’ethics under the guidance of educators’spirit,the study takes primary education students as an example.The results show that since 2020,researchers have focused on studying the cultivation path of teacher ethics of normal university students from educational feelings,teacher ethics,and value guidance,etc.However,there are a few studies on the cultivation of teacher ethics of normal university students or primary school education students guided by educator’s spirit.Under the guidance of the educator’s spirit,the professional ethics and teaching practice ability of the primary education major students in colleges and universities are above the medium level.There is no significant difference in the professional literacy of the primary education major students in colleges and universities in gender and grade.But there is significant difference in the teaching technology ability of their teaching practice ability.Based on this,colleges and universities should guide normal students to realize the internalization of educator’s spirit by setting up special courses on educator’s spirit,and carry out educational internship activities by building the campus educator’s spirit and culture corridor,conducting related speeches or competitions,etc.,so as to promote the educational effect of internship activities.
