摘 要:伦理学能为教育政策的制定提供反思,使教育政策更能切合教育理想;伦理学也能发展教育或教学专业伦理,让基层教育工作者有所遵循,并为其提供伦理判断的能力。通过检视英美世界教育哲学以及其教育专业伦理的发展,尝试说明过于空泛的哲学或崇高的道德呼吁无助于现代社会专业伦理的建构,也无助于教师日常进行伦理推理。因此,需用专业知识来完善伦理诉求,用伦理论证彰显专业知识,建构论证式教师伦理学以及用类似的理念发展各科教学哲学。若此,不仅能提升这些学科的发展,更能发挥指引教育政策的实践使命。教育学者与哲学或伦理学者之间、教育学者之间、教育学者与学科专家之间,彼此应该跨域合作,共同致力以伦理学为基础的教育专业学术,达成教育理想。Ethics can provide the reflection of educational policy,so that educational policy can better meet the educational ideal.Ethics can also be developed into professional ethics in education or teaching,providing the basis for the work of educators and promoting their capacity for ethical judgment.By examining the development of philosophy of education and the professional ethics of education in the USA and U.K.,this paper attempts to show that too vague philosophy or lofty moral appeals are not helpful to the construction of professional ethics in modern society,nor to teachers′ daily ethical reasoning.The author puts forward "professional ethics based on professional knowledge" to perfect ethical demands with professional knowledge,and to promote the argumentative educational ethics.The author also points out that similar ideas can be used to develop each subject′s philosophy of teaching.This approach will not only enhance the development of these disciplines,but also fulfil the practical mission of guiding education policy.Education scholars and subject experts should cooperate with each other across the domain,and make joint efforts to construct the education profession and achieve the educational ideal.
