摘  要:教育数字化转型背景下,高职院校遵循教学全面质量管理逻辑、职业教育类型特色逻辑、数字赋能质量评价逻辑,坚持评“教”与评“学”相结合、定性评价与定量评价相结合、过程评价与结果评价相结合、多维评价与多元评价相结合、以评促教与以评促学相结合的原则,科学构建混合式教学质量评价体系,全面实施混合式教学并科学开展质量评价,对于完善职业教育教学评价机制,深化职业教育供给侧教学评价改革,办好人民满意的高质量职业教育具有重要意义。高职院校混合式教学质量评价的实践表明强化质量意识是前提、提升师生数字素养是核心、强化信息技术保障是关键、推动课程建设与改革是重心、校企“双师”团队建设与教学资源共建共享是保障。Under the background of educational digital transformation,higher vocational colleges should follow the logic of total quality management of teaching,the logic of type features of vocational education and the logic of digital empowerment for quality evaluation,adhere to the principles of combining evaluation of"teaching"with"learning",combining qualitative evaluation with quantitative evaluation,combining process evaluation with outcome evaluation,combining multi-dimensional evaluation with diverse evaluation,and combining evaluation for improvement of teaching with evaluation for improvement of learning.By scientifically constructing blended teaching quality evaluation system,fully implementing blended teaching and scientifically conducting quality evaluation,it is of great significance for improving the teaching evaluation mechanism of vocational education,deepening the supply-side teaching evaluation reform of vocational education,and running high-quality vocational education that satisfies the people.The practice of blended teaching quality evaluation in higher vocational colleges shows that strengthening quality awareness is the premise,improving teachers'and students digital literacy is the core,strengthening information technology guarantee is the key,promoting curriculum construction and reform is the focus,and the construction of school-enterprise“double-qualified”teaching team and the joint construction and sharing of teaching resources are the guarantee.
