社会建构主义视域下专门学校学生社会化问题研究

摘  要:专门学校建设旨在保障学生身心健康发展、促进其正常的社会化成长,是问题青少年教育矫正工作的重要内容。基于对社会建构主义理论内在逻辑的阐释,使之与专门学校学生社会化相渗透,以此揭示专门学校学生社会化进程中面临的三重困境,即教学管理规范与社会教育现实相脱节、时空隔离与社会日常现实相脱节、组织活动与社会热点、现实问题相脱节。为摆脱以上困境,应深入探讨校本管理体制的优化对策。一是在教学管理上,构建职业导向的教学机制,编写专门教材,借鉴职业教育模式,合理配置矫治人员;二是在学生治理上,构建适当宽松的校本管理机制,包括专门教育对象危险系数评估、科学的宽管办法、校外培养基地建设;三是在社会协作上,通过“引进来”和“走出去”开展贴近现实的组织活动。The construction of specialized schools aims to ensure the physical and mental health development of students,and promote their normal socialization growth,which is the important content of the education and correction work for problematic youth.Based on the interpretation of the internal logic of social constructivism theory and its integration with the socialization of students in specialized schools,this paper tries to reveal the three major dilemmas in the process of the socialization of students in specialized schools:the disconnection between teaching management standard and social education reality,the temporal and spatial isolation from the daily social reality,and the separation of organizational activities and current hotspots and problems of reality.In order to get rid of the above dilemmas,we should deeply explore the optimization countermeasures of school-based management system.Firstly,in teaching management,we should establish a vocational-oriented teaching mechanism,compile specialized textbooks,draw on the vocational education model,and rationally configure the correction members.Secondly,in student governance,we should build a moderately lenient school-based management mechanism,including the assessment of the risk coefficient of specialized education objects,the scientific methods of lenient management,and the construction of off-campus training bases.Thirdly,in social coordination,we should carry out the organizational activities close to reality through“bringing in”and“going out”.
