摘 要:教育家精神与平民化时代密切相关,平民化时代是催生教育家、酝酿教育家精神的肥沃土壤,教育家精神的弘扬有助于孕育优秀教师群体,优秀教师群体又培养出优秀的平民人才,从而促进社会走向繁荣。中国历史上曾出现过三次平民化教育浪潮,第一次是春秋战国至秦汉时代,第二次是两宋时期,第三次是五四新文化运动时期。而当今时代是一个最为全面彻底的教育平民化时代,这次教育平民化浪潮以教育家精神为引领,将从精神层面全面推进中国式教育现代化,推动建成具有中国特色社会主义的教育强国,从而为中华民族伟大复兴提供有力支撑。The spirit of educators is deeply connected to the era of popularization,which serves as fertile ground for the emergence of educators and the cultivation of their spirit.Promoting this spirit facilitates the nurturation of excellent teacher groups who cultivate outstanding talents from common people and ultimately contribute to social prosperity.Throughout history,China has witnessed three waves of education for the common people;the first occurred during the Spring and Autumn Period to the Qin and Han Dynasties,the second took place during the Song Dynasties,and the third was catalyzed by the May Fourth New Culture Movement.Currently,we are in the most comprehensive era of education popularization to date.Guided by the spirit of educators,this era is set to promote the modernization of education in China from a spiritual perspective,to help build a leading country in education with Chinese characteristics,and to provide strong support for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
