摘  要:高校教师教育者基于教师教育的跨学科属性进行身份转型是高质量教师教育发展和改革的动力保障。本文借助身份发展理论,聚焦高校教师教育者身份转型的两大环节——身份危机和身份探索,分析高校教师教育者身份转型困难的症结所在,探讨转型的可能路径。研究认为,教师教育者身份危机源自教师教育超学科属性在现有高校学科制度中无法兼容,这是教师教育专业化进程中不可避免的阶段性现象;教师教育者身份危机可能推动其开展身份探索,由此发展成为教师教育改革中的积极力量;但在现有的教师教育和高等教育中多重制度逻辑竞争背景下,教师教育者身份探索面临结构性的制约。为此,有效推动高校教师者身份转型需要明确转型目标,激发和引导教师教育者的身份转型动力,为其身份探索提供兼具挑战性和安全性的环境。The identity transformation of university-based teacher educators(UBTEs)towards the interdisciplinary nature of teacher education is the driving force for the development and reform of high-quality teacher education.Based on the theory of identity development,this paper focuses on the two major steps of the identity transformation of UBTEs-identity crisis and identity exploration,analyzes the crux of the difficulties and the possible paths of their identity transformation.The research argues that the identity crisis of UBTEs is inevitable while temporary in the process of teacher education professionalization,which is due to the incompatibility of the cross-disciplinary attribute of teacher education in the existing university discipline system.The identity crisis of teacher educators may inspire them to inquire and explore their identities as teacher educators and may develop into a positive force in teacher education reform.However,in the multiple institutional logics of teacher education and higher education at present,UBTEs face many challenges in their identity exploration.To effectively promote the identity transformation of UBTEs,it is necessary to clarify the goal of UBTEs'identity transformation,stimulate and guide the agency of UBTEs in their attempts to develop and transform their identities,and provide a both challenging and safe environment for their identity exploration.
