摘　　要：通过调查分析发现,唐山市基础教育教师的信息技术应用能力普遍存在不足,尤其是在教学设计和资源整合方面。在此基础上,提出针对性强、切实可行的提升策略,以期为基础教育领域教学改革提供借鉴。The study reveals that basic education teachers in Tangshan city generally lack proficiency in information technology applications,particularly in instructional design and resource integration.Based on these findings,targeted and actionable strategies are proposed to provide practical references for teaching reforms in the basic education sector.
