摘 要:针对高职院校食育教育现状,坚持以中华饮食文化自信为主导,探索以食育为载体,与德育、智育、体育、美育、劳育素质教育深度耦合互嵌,构建“一载体、五耦合”特色高职食育模式,实施“以食养德、以食增智、以食健体、以食润美,以食践劳”的“五食”育人策略,丰富高职院校育人内涵,推动高职教育高质量发展。Examine the current state of food education in higher vocational colleges,guided by the principles of Chinese food culture.By viewing food education as a central element,it explores how food can be integrated with various aspects of quality education,including moral education,intellectual development,physical education,aesthetic education,and labor education.Propose an unique food education model characterized by“one central element,five integrations”,and outline educational strategies aimed at“cultivating morality through food,enhancing intelligence through food,strengthening the body through food,enriching aesthetics through food,and fostering labor skills through food”.These strategies aim to enrich the educational experience in higher vocational colleges and to promote the high-quality development of vocational education.
