摘　　要：立德树人是我国教育的根本任务。高职院校是高等教育的一个重要组成部分。高职院校在立德树人教育根本任务指导下建设高质量的、具有高尚师德的师资队伍是落实高职教育的保障。在新的历史时期,高职院校抓住师资队伍师德建设机遇,按照党和国家的师德师风指导思想要求建设教师队伍,形成师资队伍师德建设的良好循环。Fostering virtue through education is the fundamental task of education in our country.Higher vocational colleges are an important part of higher education in our country.Under the guidance of the fundamental task of fostering virtue through education,the construction of high-quality teachers with noble ethics in higher vocational colleges is the guarantee to realize higher vocational education.In the new historical period,higher vocational colleges seize the opportunity of teachers’morality construction,build teachers’team according to the guiding ideology of the Party and the state,and form a good cycle of teachers’morality construction.
