摘　　要：指出广义正定矩阵与稳定矩阵的关系;介绍文[2]的定理1的证明依赖于文[2]的引理1,而文[1]指出文[2]引理1的证明是错误的,证明文[1]的定理1是正确的。The paper point out the relationship between generaliz ed positive definite matrix and stable matrix. Although the demonstration of Theorem 1 in Paper depends on Lemma 1 in Paper , in additi on, Paper argues that the demonstration of Lemma 1 in Paper is faulty, it is proved that Theorem 1 in Paper remains valid.
