摘　　要：教师素质是教师在教育教学活动中表现出来的 ,决定其教育教学效果 ,对学生身心发展有直接而显著影响的思想和心理品质的总和。在教师的多种素质中 ,知识、能力素质是基础 ,思想、道德素质是关键。文章着重分析。Teacher diathesis is the summation of ideology and mentality character that is put up from educational activity and that it determines teaching effect .It impresses the students directly by their bodies and hearts. Knowledge and capability is the base of teacher's diathesis and the ideology mentality is the key of that. This article mostly analyses and discusses connotation of teacher's occupation morals and the ways of teacher' morals construction.
