摘　　要：成人高校要培养新时代所需要的高质量人才 ,必须结合成人教育的特点和规律 ,加大教学内容、教学方法改革的力度 ,除专业知识外 ,还应加强对学员的人格教育和心理辅导 。Adult education is to train high quality talents for the society. We should take characteristics of adult education into consideration, carry out reforms in teaching content and teaching method, and enhance the cultivation of noble character, which is a part of quality education.
