摘　　要：根据地方财经类院校自身的特点和优势,以及数学与应用数学专业人才需求,以内蒙古财经大学为例,笔者以为要提升数学与应用数学专业的社会竞争力,就必须明确自己的专业定位、整合和优化课程体系、加强实践课教学。According to the characteristics and advantages of local universities of finance and economics, in light of the demand for the talents majoring in mathematics and applied mathematics, and with the case study of Inner Mongolia University of Finance and Economics, it is thought in the paper that we must make clear specialty orientation of the major of mathematics and applied mathematics, integrate and optimize its curriculum system, and strengthen practical teaching so as to improve its social competence.
