摘 要:推行教师职务聘任制度是我国教师管理制度的一项重大改革 ,有利于教师队伍整体素质的提高和学校教育质量的提高。搞好聘后管理工作是健全和完善高校教师聘任制的一个重要环节。文章对聘后管理相关的履职考核。To put the teacher's appointment system into practice is a significant reform for our country in the employment system of colleges and universities. This reform will be beneficial to the improvement of the quality of teachers as a whole and to the teaching outcomes of the universities. Management of the appointed teachers is one of the most important aspects of improving and perfecting the appointment system in institutions of higher education. In this paper, the authors discuss some aspects related to the management of appointed teachers such as the appraisal of the appointed teachers and the reform of the distribution system.
