摘　　要：文章阐述了传统吉菜的不足、改革传统吉菜的依据,论证了吉菜前进的方向。指出改革传统吉菜是时代的要求,是历史的必然。吉菜只有顺应时代潮流,适应人民群众的需求,不断学习不断创新,才能不断前进,不断发展。In the article it is mainly discussed the shortcomings of Ji Food, the basis of reformation of Ji Food and the developing direction of Ji Food It points out that it is the requirement of the times, the necessity of the history. Only when the Ji Food can conform to the historical trend of the times, go with the requiement of the public, it can reform continuously and promote continuous growth.
