摘　　要：第一部分给出了Rouche定理的一个改进形式 ,第二部分利用Rouche定理得到了多项式零点估计的结果 。In the first part,a improvement of Rouche's theorem is given.Using this result,the distribution of zero-point of polynomial is obtained in second part,which improves the result of distribution of zero-point of polynomial.
