摘　　要：《教育基本法》是日本教育的根本大法,对它进行修正是进入21世纪后日本教育的第一件大事。在此拟就《教育基本法》修正案的提出过程、修正案提出的依据及主要内容、当前日本对修正案的主要争议点等几方面,对这一热点问题进行了具体介绍与简要评析。The Basic Law for Education is a fundamental law for education in Japan,its being a-mended is the most important thing for Japanese education in the new century.The paper makes an in-troduction and commentary on the process which the revised draft is pointed out ,the basis and the con-tent of the revised draft,and the problems disputed with the revised draft.
