摘  要:从心理学的角度分析成人学员在心理上和学习活动中的特点,不难看出,成人学员的学习优势与普通学校学生有很大不同。因此,在构建成人教育的教学机制,提高成人学员学习效能方面须从教与学两个层面入手,树立全新的教育理念,重视教学目标达成,满足学生需求,创新人才培养模式和教学方法,促使成人学员建立合作、自主、创新的学习机制。The learning advantages are different between adult and students in common schools according to analysing the mental characteristics of adult in learning activities.So we should construct the mechanism of teaching and learning to improve adult students' learning effect from two levels including teaching and learning, establish new educational idea,pay more attention to achieving teaching target and meeting the needs of students,innovate the pattern of talents training and teaching method to promote to establish the learning mechanism of cooperation,ego and innovation among adult.
