顺应时势 改革创新 狠抓“高职”教学质量生命线

摘　　要：随着高等教育的扩招 ,教学质量问题成为社会广泛关注的焦点。“高职”教育如何面向社会、面向市场、办出特色 ,培养高质量的适应社会主义市场经济发展需要的生产、建设、管理、服务第一线的高等技术应用型人才 ,是一个很值得研究的课题。笔者通过“高职”教育的实践初步认识到 ,对提高“高职”教学质量来讲 ,转变观念是前提 ,深化教学改革是根本 ,狠抓师资队伍建设是关键 ,加强督导评估是重要手段 ,以科研促教学是发展动力 。With the development of advanced education, the teaching quality has become the focus that the society is paying close attention to. It is a problem worth studying how advanced vocational education faces the society and market, and how it is characteristically run and cultivates high quality advanced technical personnel to participate in the production, construction, management and service needed in the development of the socialist market economy. The writer, through the practice of the advanced vocational education, realizes that in order to improve the teaching quality of advanced vocational education, idea changing is the prerequisite, deepening of the education reform is the basic, the construction of the teaching staff is the key, strengthening of the teaching supervision and assessment is the important means, scientific research advancing teaching is the development power and more money is the guarantee.
