摘 要:实践性教学是食品工程应用型专业人才培养的重要环节,它是提高专业学位研究生实践操作能力与创新能力、社会职业素养和就业竞争力的有效途径。陕西师范大学在食品工程硕士生的培养中,积极探索改革实践教学体系,不断完善校内外实习基地建设,不仅促进了学生专业知识的学习巩固,更使学生团结协作精神、实践动手能力得到提升。校内外实习基地建设及实践教学为工科应用型专业人才的培养奠定了良好的基础。Practical teaching is an important part for application and professional talent training of food engineering. It is also an effective way to improve their practical and innovation ability,social professionalism and employment competitiveness for those students which is graduated from professional degree. Practice teaching system was actively explored and the internal and external training base construction was constantly improved in food engineering graduate students culture at Shaanxi Normal University. In this process,students' professional knowledge was consolidated,spirit of unity and cooperation was promoted. At the same time,students practical ability was obtained and enhanced. So internal and external practical base construction and practice teaching had laid a good foundation for application and professional students training of engineering.
