摘　　要：在国际商务谈判课程的教学实践中,以加强素质教育、提高学生综合能力为目标,从教学内容系统性与重点相结合、模拟谈判教学的组织与实践、以互动式教学方法调动学生积极性、以及加强与其它课程协调等方面进行探索与尝试。With the target of strengthening of the quality education and improvement of abilities, the exploration and practice in the teaching content, the simulation of negotiation, mutual teaching and corresponding with the relative courses are carried out in the teaching practice of international business negotiation.
