摘　　要：本文介绍笔者在继续教育方面的研究成果 ,意在推出初中教师职务培训的初步模型 ,起到抛砖引玉的作用。This article introduces the author's achievement in continuing education inorder to put forward a tentative model for the post training of the junior middle school teachers, just to set the ball rolling.
