摘　　要：贯彻十六大精神,深化教学改革,必须把教学质量摆在重要位置,关键是积极推进教学创新,从观念、课程、教材、教学管理制度的创新,推进素质教育,提高教学质量。创新是教学质量提高的根本选择。To carry out the spirit of the CPC Sixteenth Na ti onal Congress and strengthen educational reform, we much give first priority to the quality of teaching and the innovation in the aspects of ideas, courses, tea ching materials and management systems. In other words, innovation is the guaran tee for high-quality education.
