摘 要:在教育改革实践中 ,教师教育观念转变存在一些困难 ,其原因之一是具有基础地位与强势作用的教师隐性教育观念造成的认知与行为监控的盲点。更新教师隐性教育观念 ,需要教师把自己的言行作为研究对象 ,提高自我觉察的敏感性 ,并用语言表达使内隐的教育观念清晰化 ,进而对其进行梳理和更新。In the practice of educational reform, there exist some problems with the change of teachers' ideas about education. One of the reasons lies in the blind spot in the control over cognition and behavior caused by teachers' implicit ideas about education with basic position and strong role. To renew teachers' implicit ideas about education, teachers themselves should take their own words and deeds as the object of study, improve their sensitiveness of self observation and express their implicit ideas about education in language, thus sorting and renewing the outlook on education.
