摘  要:教学创新是教育创新重要的组成部分 ,是知识经济时代的内在要求 ,是推进素质教育的根本途径。教学创新的基础是师生互为主体。师生互为主体是主体性教学的内在要求 ,是实现教学互动的条件。教学双向互动是实现教学创新的关键 ,教学互动的根本又在于“善教”与“乐学”As an important part of educational innovation, the innovation in teaching is both the inner requirement of the knowledge economy era and the fundamental way to promote competence education. The innovation in teaching should be based on the mutual subject relationship between teacher and students, which is not only the inner demand of subject emphasized teaching, but also the prerequisite condition for realizing the interaction of teacher and students. The interaction between teacher and students is the key link of innovation in teaching and the success of such interaction relies on “teacher's skills in teaching” and “students' interest in learning”.
