摘　　要：本文综述了最近几年来对黄曲霉毒素分子生物学研究的突破性进展 。This review provides several important breakthroughs on the molecular biology of aflatoxin biosynthesis and information on the regulation and evolution of the af latoxin pathway, and the elimination of the toxin from the food chain as well.
