摘 要:中国烹饪从唐代开始传入日本。20世纪60年代以后,中式餐饮在日本得到了快速的普及和发展,它和日餐、西餐构成了日本餐饮业的三大主流。20世纪90年代以来,虽然日本餐饮业不景气,但中式餐饮营业额仍保持平稳发展。Chinese cuisine began to be introduced into Japan from the Tang Dynasty. After the 1960s Chinese cuisine enjoyed rapid popularity and development among Japanese people, and together with Japanese food and Western food, it became one of the three main streams for Japanese food and beverage industry. Since the 1990s, although Japanese food and beverage industry has shown a depression trend, the business income for Chinese cuisine is still kept at a level of steady development.
